Green Lodging News provides the latest updates on environmental initiatives in the lodging industry as well as links to vendors and other resources. Best Practices Survey developed by Ceres, a group of businesses (including Northeast Utilities, parent company of PSNH) dedicated to reducing their environmental impact and building consumer demand through their business needs. This survey is used to identify convention sites and lodging facilities that are preferable based on their survey results. Energy Star for Hospitality - website with detailed comparison information for larger lodging facilities, as well ideas for developing strategies for energy management. Energy Star Quantity Quotes - connects institutional and corporate purchasers with suppliers who sell Energy Star qualified light bulbs and fixtures, clothes washers, dehumidifiers, dishwashers, refrigerators and room air conditioners in bulk. |
